AOP Crémant de Limoux

An exceptional wine – a tête de cuvee – upon wich the reputation of the Domaine J.Laurens is built. The first impressions of this Crémant are of an intense and complex nose of citrus and dried fruits, honey with a touch of green apple. On the palate, we find all the expression of a well-rounded wine, of toast with an after taste of fresh fruits and lime. Ideal as aperitif with ‘’tapas’’ for example or with oysters and other seafood, white meats as well as some cheeses.

Grapes : 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, 5% Mauzac, and 5% Pinot Noir.
